1-Step Grilling Marinade is FAST, FUN and EASY!
- 64oz jug easily marinates up to 12lbs of meat, fish or seafood.
- Marinates fast leaving a perfect flavor and color on whatever you are preparing.
- Great mixed in baked beans or you can even make your own smoked ranch dipping sauce!
Remove all fat from meat. Slice into thin strips, no thicker than 1/4-inch thick. Please be aware thinner strips marinate faster.
TIP: Place the meat in the freezer for a few minutes. This will make it easier to slice.
Place sliced meat into a bowl or zip-lock bag and pour in 1-STEP Jerky Marinade. Completely cover meat in bowl or remove as much air as possible from bag before sealing.
Place bowl or sealed bag in refrigerator and marinate for 12 to 24 hours, depending on how much flavor you prefer. The longer it marinates the more flavor your jerky will have.
For Oven: Hang meat strips vertically between oven racks by inserting toothpicks in one end of each strip. Place in 160˚F oven and bake until dry (6-12 hours depending on thickness).
TIP: Line bottom of oven with foil to catch any drippings.

DISCARD ANY LEFTOVER MARINADE.
